Job Description

Entry-Level Assembler
Start your career in electronics manufacturing with a hands‑on role where you’ll learn multiple areas of assembly and work with a supportive production team.
Responsibilities
  • Assemble components on PCB assemblies, sub‑assemblies, and light mechanical hardware
  • Use small tools, engineering documents, and visual aids
  • Identify and route non‑conforming material
Preform: Cut, bend, and bond parts; place cores as required
P‑Line: Place through‑hole components onto PCBs
Pre‑Pot: Install units into cases, apply covers/insulators, glue parts, and spray conformal coating
Encapsulation: Apply encapsulation material, clean/maintain equipment, clean and label finished units
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • 1 year assembly experience
  • Ability to read engineering documents
  • Willingness to cross‑train across all assembly areas

Nicole Horan is the Regional Branch Manager for HW Staffing Solutions in Nashua, NH. In her position, she oversees the training and development of all office staff and the overall business operations including: client development and management, temporary staffing and recruiting and quality assurance initiatives. Nicole also ensures compliance with state and federal labor and employment laws. Nicole has worked in the temporary staffing industry since 2002, focusing on administrative/professional staffing as well as skilled manufacturing. She has been credentialed by the National Association of Personnel Services as a Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist and serves on the Board of Directors for the Northern New England Association of Personnel Services as the legislative committee chair. In addition to her involvement in the staffing industry, serves on the Nashua Chamber of Commerce’s Legislative Advocacy Committee.
