Job Description

Job Title: Machine Operator / Assembler
Location: Hopkinton, MA

Job Summary
Great opportunity to join a growing manufacturing team in Hopkinton, MA! This role involves operating molding equipment, assembling molded parts, trimming and cleaning products, and maintaining quality and production standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Operate molding and assembly equipment
  • Trim molded parts using hand tools
  • Clean, mark, paint, and identify parts per instructions
  • Inspect products and report quality issues to leads/supervisors
  • Read and follow work instructions, production sheets, and specifications
  • Label, pack, and document completed work
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Cross-train and support team operations as needed
Qualifications
  • Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks on small and medium-sized parts
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions
  • Basic documentation and communication skills
  • Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
