Your Role:
As an Assembly Technician, you'll be the architect of precise and reliable cable and wire harness assemblies. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Assembling intricate wire and cable harnesses and product components according to detailed production guidelines.
  • Interpreting technical drawings, travelers, and bills of material with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Utilizing a variety of precision tools, including measuring instruments, crimp tools, wire cutting equipment, and stripping machines.
What We're Looking For in Our Ideal Candidate:
  • High School Diploma or GED/equivalent.
  • Advanced training in J-STD-001/IPC-620 Standards is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in assembly and cable work.
  • Strong mechanical and mathematical aptitude.
  • Exceptional dexterity and the ability to manipulate small components with precision.
