Job Description

Join our team as an Assembly Operator on 1st shift! In this hands-on role, you’ll work with small electronic components, using tools like microscopes and cameras to assemble parts with precision. You’ll follow detailed instructions and work closely with peers to ensure high-quality results.

What You’ll Do:
  • Perform electronic/electro-mechanical assembly
  • Use a computer to enter product issues and follow work instructions
  • Work seated at a bench with small parts (5-10 lbs lifting)
  • Maintain quality using microscopes and other inspection tools
What You Bring:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1–3 years of assembly experience
  • Comfort working with small parts and reading digital instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow routine processes
