Manufacturing Assembler

New Castle, DE | Full-Time

We're looking for a skilled Manufacturing Assembler with hands-on soldering experience to join a growing manufacturing team. If you're detail-oriented, comfortable working with small components, and take pride in producing quality work, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do
  • Assemble mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical components
  • Perform hand soldering of through-hole and surface-mount (SMT) components
  • Read and follow drawings, work instructions, and bills of materials (BOMs)
  • Inspect solder joints and completed assemblies for quality
  • Perform basic functional testing and document results
  • Identify and report quality or material issues
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
What We're Looking For
  • 1–3 years of manufacturing or assembly experience
  • Hands-on soldering experience required
  • Through-hole and/or SMT soldering experience
  • Ability to read assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions
  • Experience in electronics, medical device, biotech, life sciences, or another regulated manufacturing environment preferred
  • IPC-A-610 knowledge or certification is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
