- Job Instructions: Follow job instructions (JIs) as trained to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Safety and 6-S: Maintain safe working conditions and adhere to 6-S practices to promote a clean and organized workspace.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, procedures, and company policies.
- Scrap Management: Focus on scrap reduction and control to minimize waste.
- Production Goals: Meet production plans and standards (produce to takt) to achieve company objectives.
- Cost Management: Contribute to cost control initiatives to enhance overall efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Engage in teamwork and actively participate in team initiatives and activities.
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform timely preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Issue Reporting: Report any assembly, packaging issues, or unusual incidents to your lead or supervisor promptly.
- Material Handling: Operate a variety of material handling equipment as needed.
- Additional Duties: Undertake other duties as assigned to support team and production needs.
