- Proven ability to perform delicate assembly tasks with high accuracy and precision.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Prior experience working with microscopes.
- Knowledge of basic electronics or mechanical assembly principles.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in assembly or a related field preferred.
- Associates Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Electronics, Manufacturing) a plus.
