Assembler / Packer — Work 36 Hours, Get Paid for 40
Location: Madison Heights, MI
Shift: Friday – Sunday | 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Three days on. Four days off. Full-time pay. Bonus potential.

We’re hiring Assembler / Packers to support the production of high-quality snowplow and ice control equipment that helps keep communities moving all winter long. If you enjoy hands-on work, teamwork, and a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your manufacturing career.

What You’ll Do
  • Perform bench and structural assembly, boxing, and bagging
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting
  • Lift and move materials (approx. 5–50 lbs., various sizes/shapes)
  • Safely operate production tools and equipment
  • Maintain quality, safety, and 5S standards
  • Support team initiatives and daily production goals
What We’re Looking For
  • Recent manufacturing, assembly, or production experience
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks and physical work throughout the shift
  • Strong attention to safety and quality
  • Reliable, team-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
