Job Description

  • Assembly columns by dispensing measured liquids into syringe barrels, using a hand-held pipettor and select automation. Ensure that quality products are manufactured.
  • Perform quality inspection to screen for defective columns.
  • Perform rework of defective columns.
  • Create labels as required and package products.
  • Assist with cycle counting of raw materials to ensure inventory controls.
  • Ensure correct lot numbers and expiration dates are identified.
  • Perform record-keeping as required.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and productive working environment.
  • Comply with PPE, which include lab coat, safety glasses, and gloves.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED, required.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or laboratory environment desired.
  • Ability to read and understand documentation (procedures, process sheets, etc.).
  • Ability to perform basic troubleshooting to identify potential causes of non-conformances.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work as an individual and in a team environment.
  • Ability to work overtime on occasion based on production demands.
