Job Description

Manufacturing Assembler – New Castle, DE 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Perform manual assembly of mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical components according to work instructions, drawings, and BOM.
  • Execute hand soldering of through-hole and surface-mount components to IPC standards (IPC-A-610 or equivalent)
  • Inspect solder joints and assembled components for quality, accuracy, and workmanship
  • Conduct basic functional testing and document results per quality procedures
  • Identify and report nonconforming materials or process deviations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with EHS standards
Qualifications: 
  • 1–3 years of assembly experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (life sciences, medical device, biotech, or electronics preferred)
  • Proven hand soldering experience (through-hole and/or SMT)
  • Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions
