Job Description

Well established manufacturer of HVAC and with more than 100 years providing the commercial, industrial and vehicular markets with heating and cooling units. Our client in West Kingstown, RI has immediate openings 1st/2nd shift for individuals who are mechanically inclined.  Ideal candidates will perform the following duties:

Manufactures commercial HVAC sheet metal parts, sub-assemblies and assemblies per safety, quality and productivity specifications.  Works from written and verbal schedules. Operates one or more units of the following type of production equipment, products and to maintain processes per specifications.  May build control panel and wire units per wire diagrams. May operate multiple machine batteries or perform assembly singly or in combination with other operations.  Performs material handling operations as directed.  Responsible for quality of own work.  Maintains accurate production records.  Responsible for keeping work area clean, safe and orderly.  Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor. 

Job Requirements

Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. 
Experience working with tools such as screwdrivers, power drills and plyers 
High School or Equivalent
Required Experience:
1 to 20+ years 
Successfully submit to a criminal background investigation - 7 years felony 
Good command of the English language (oral and written)
Ability to stand the entire shift and work in a team environment.
Lifting up to 50 lbs
Reliable transportation
