Job Description

We are seeking a reliable Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our team on 1st shift (5:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday–Thursday).
Responsibilities:
  • Perform mechanical and small-part assembly using hand tools and automated equipment
  • Wiring, component installation, bonding/epoxy application, and torque assembly
  • Read and follow basic blueprints and technical instructions
  • Set up and adjust equipment while maintaining required tolerances
  • Use computers to navigate basic software and documentation
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1–3 years of related assembly or manufacturing experience
  • Comfortable working with small parts and torque tools
  • Computer literate and able to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
