Assembly Operator
Job Description
? Shift: 3rd Shift
- Assemble components according to process sheets and work instructions
- Operate automatic and semi-automatic assembly equipment
- Use hand tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Inspect products and document quality results
- Perform secondary operations such as marking, labeling, and packaging
- Maintain accurate inventory and production records
- Complete preventative maintenance checks on equipment
- Report quality or equipment issues to supervisors
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and eliminate non-value-added activities
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
