Assembly Operator
Job Description
1st and 2nd shift opening- 10% shift differential for 2nd shift. 1st is 7a-3:30 and 2nd is 3-11:30 but must train on 1st
Responsibilities involve the operation of microelectronics assembly equipment including die and wafer processing, chip and wire assembly and assembly of various components, screening, visual inspection, measurement and sorting of semiconductor devices. The role includes quality assurance-level inspection responsibilities.
- Operation of manual, automatic and semi automatic microelectronics assembly with supervsion
-inspection of die and packages to various miliarty and jedec standards using high and low power micorscopes
-follows defined specifications and reaction paths or written/verbal insruction
-use multiple hand tools to manually process delecate products w/out damaging components
- train other employees on basic eqiupment operation
HS diploma or GED needed
basic computer skiss
excellent communication skills
attention to detail
-Cleanroom assembly experience required- pay depends on experience but base wage is $19.50; must train on 1st shift for a few weeks; normal shift hours are 3p-11:30
