Job Description

We’re seeking a skilled Microelectronics Assembly Technician to join our team! Temp to hire! 1st and 2nd shift openings.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate Equipment: Handle manual, automatic, and semi-automatic microelectronics assembly equipment.
  • Inspect Components: Perform quality checks using microscopes, adhering to standards.  
  • Follow Instructions: Adhere to detailed specifications and instructions for consistent assembly.
  • Manual Processing: Use hand tools to process components carefully, avoiding damage.
  • Train & Mentor: Train colleagues on basic equipment operation and processes.
  • Maintain Workspaces: Keep work areas organized and ready for audits.
  • Data Management: Use computer systems to track products and enter data accurately

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Experience in microelectronics assembly preferred.
  • Attention to detail with delicate components.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry.
