Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Microelectronics Assembly Technician to join our team. In this potential temp to hire role, you will work hands-on with precision assembly equipment, perform inspections, and contribute to the production of high-quality microelectronic components. 

  • Operate manual, automatic, and semi-automatic assembly equipment.
  • Inspect components using microscopes.
  • Follow specifications and written/verbal instructions.
  • Handle delicate parts with precision tools.
  • Train team members on basic processes.
  • Maintain organized, audit-ready work areas.
  • Enter data and track products in computer systems.

Qualifications:
  • Interest in growing a career in electronics manufacturing.
  • Comfortable in a clean room environment.
  • Experience in electronics or precision assembly a plus (training provided).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
  • Comfortable using microscopes, hand tools, and computer systems.
