Job Description

Job Title: Assembly Technician / Production Assembler

Job Summary
We are seeking dependable Assembly Technicians to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble components to produce high-quality plumbing products while following established quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect parts and materials before assembly

  • Assemble components using hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery

  • Follow assembly instructions and production guidelines

  • Maintain quality standards and report defects

  • Follow all safety procedures

  • Work with team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required

  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods

  • Lift up to 35 lbs

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
