Job Description

As an Assembly Technician, you will begin each project by studying, reading, and understanding the schematic diagrams, blueprints, product manuals, process documents, and information regarding parts, fixtures, tools, etc., for the current task. The Assembly Technician then completes basic mechanical assembly using fixtures and tools such as screwdrivers, crimpers, hot-air equipment, and calipers. The Assembly Technician also inspects completed assemblies to ensure they conform to instructions and specifications, identifying and reporting areas for improvement and to senior personnel so that quality of products is maintained. 

 

We are offering $23.00-$24.50 per hour depending on experience, operating on 1st shift 7:00am-3:30pm.

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED/equivalent
  • Experience working with computer hardware and software
  • Able to interpret blueprints and schematics
  • Uses hands and fingers to manipulate tools and parts
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions
