Job Description

We are hiring a Recruiter Assistant to join our team in Nashua, NH

Duties:

  • File and organize documents and records
  • Provide support to recruiters
  • Enter orders and maintain accurate records
  • Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, copying, and scanning

Job Requirements

Experience:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
