HW Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a detail-oriented and professional B2B Administrative Assistant to support our client’s business-to-business operations. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced office environment, have strong communication skills, and are experienced in handling business accounts and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to B2B sales and account management teams
Manage and process purchase orders, invoices, and contracts
Communicate professionally with business clients via phone and email
Maintain and update customer account records in CRM systems
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and business correspondence
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and follow-ups
Assist with billing inquiries and account reconciliation
Ensure accurate data entry and documentation compliance
Qualifications:
2+ years of administrative experience (B2B environment preferred)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset
