Batch Maker


We are seeking a dependable Batch Maker to join our production team. In this role, you will follow formulas and production instructions to prepare batches for packaging while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

Responsibilities

  • Follow formulas and recipes using iPads and scanners.
  • Set up and operate blending and batch-processing equipment.
  • Accurately measure, handle, and load ingredients into production equipment.
  • Monitor ingredient and product quality, reporting any issues.
  • Complete production documentation accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all safety, GMP, and food safety procedures.

Qualifications

  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work varying shifts and schedules.
  • Experience with pallet jacks or material handling equipment is a plus.
  • Food manufacturing experience and food safety knowledge are preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
  • Stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Frequent bending, lifting, twisting, and climbing stairs.
