HW Staffing Solutions is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Bilingual Forklift Operators to join a leading manufacturing company in Calverton, NY. We have opportunities on both day and night shifts, offering a competitive hourly rate and the chance to be part of a dynamic team.

What You'll Do:
As a Bilingual Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving materials throughout our facility. Your attention to detail, commitment to safety, and ability to work as part of a team will be critical to your success.
  • Follow all safety procedures and perform daily forklift safety checks to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Keep your equipment clean and in good repair.
  • Maintain awareness of your surroundings to create a safe work environment.
  • Use BOL scanner hardware/software to process orders accurately.
  • Use the computer to print bundle labels and check the status of work orders.
What We're Looking For:
  • On-site forklift certification (must be able to obtain).
  • Professional and personable demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Proficiency in basic business software (Microsoft Office a plus).
  • Ability to work flexible days.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit for extended periods.
  • Ability to walk through a plant environment and periodically stand or walk on the factory floor while around machinery.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 20 lbs.
