Job Description

Job Title: Bilingual Recruiter
Location: West Springfield, MA (Hybrid)
Supports: 4 site locations between MA and PA
Schedule: Full-time, flexible start between 7:30–9:00 AM
Compensation: Salary, $75,000–$80,000
 
What We’re Looking For
  1. Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or high-volume staffing
  3. Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  4. Ability to work independently while supporting multiple locations
  5. Comfortable managing a full recruiting cycle from sourcing to offer
  6. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive
 
Work Environment & Schedule
  1. Hybrid role, local to West Springfield location
  2. Flexible start time between 7:30–9:00 AM
  3. Standard 40‑hour workweek
  4. Occasional travel to supported locations may be required
