- Drive Financial Accuracy:
- Support general accounting tasks, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Contribute to month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Maintain meticulous financial records, adhering to accounting principles and company policies.
- Be a Problem Solver:
- Address and resolve billing and order entry discrepancies promptly.
- Research unapplied cash and process adjustments, credits, or refunds.
- Assist in collections efforts and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Collaborate and Communicate:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer billing inquiries.
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, customer service) to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and customers to resolve issues.

- Ensure Compliance:
- Maintain accurate documentation for audits and tax purposes.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in billing, order entry, or accounting.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (Oracle experience is a plus).
- Knowledge of accounting principles and billing procedures.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
