Job Description
We are hiring a Staffing Branch Manager to lead our team in Taunton, MA.
The Staffing Branch Manager will coach and train recruiters to ensure that the recruitment process is consistent and reflects the best practice, current legislation, and brand values. The Branch Manager is a motivated team player who understands the big picture while simultaneously outlining the steps needed to achieve the desired outcome. In addition, the staffing branch manager is responsible for developing and establishing an effective recruitment strategy using behavioral interviewing and sound judgment.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or other relevant fields.
- 2+ years experience, preferably in Recruitment and Sales
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast-paced/changing environment.
Nice to have:
- Previous experience in a managerial role
- Bilingual is a plus
