Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Brokerage Associate to join our dynamic team. In this fast-paced role, you will play a key part in scheduling and managing brokered loads across the U.S. and parts of Canada. You’ll work closely with our management team to support the company's mission while delivering exceptional service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email
  • Utilize specialized software to manage brokered loads
  • Coordinate load schedules across North America
  • Ensure thorough follow-up and organization to keep operations running smoothly
  • Assist the management team in achieving business goals

Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of Customer Service experience
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Knowledge of CieTrade software is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
