- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring smooth and timely arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, memos, and other documents with precision and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in a related field preferred.
- Bilingual English / Spanish
- Proven experience (1-2 years preferred) in an administrative assistant or secretarial role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and empathetic demeanor.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
