What You'll Achieve:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to various departments and staff members.

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring smooth and timely arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, memos, and other documents with precision and attention to detail.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Bilingual English / Spanish
  • Proven experience (1-2 years preferred) in an administrative assistant or secretarial role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and empathetic demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
