Job Description

We are hiring an experienced CNC Machine Mechanic to support preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of advanced machining equipment in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on CNC and manufacturing machinery
  • Maintain equipment including 5-axis mills, mill turns, EDMs, Laser-Swiss, CNC lathes, motion control systems, and stamping machines
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control systems to the component level
  • Document repairs and determine root cause of failures
  • Partner with engineering to resolve complex equipment issues
  • Follow FDA, ISO13485, and ISO9001 quality standards
  • Support TPM activities, tank cleanout, and general equipment upkeep
Requirements
  • 5+ years CNC maintenance experience in manufacturing
  • Ability to read schematics and work across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and ladder logic systems
  • Ability to program/operate CNC equipment to verify repairs
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance reporting
  • Strong problem-solving, organization, and teamwork skills
Preferred
  • Ballbar testing experience
  • Experience with Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Heidenhain, and Mazatrol controllers
  • PLC and servo drive troubleshooting experience
