CNC Machinist II | Beverly, MA
Pay Rate: $28–$34/hr | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Join our team as a CNC Machinist II, where you'll be responsible for the manufacture and inspection of high-precision parts for innovative projects. This is a great opportunity to apply your machining experience in a clean, well-organized shop environment with a supportive team.

? What You’ll Do:
  • Set up and operate CNC machinery with minimal supervision
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, sketches, and work instructions
  • Inspect precision components for accuracy and quality
  • Perform repetitive production machining with close attention to detail
  • Maintain production records and transfer CNC programs as needed
  • Provide technical support to team members
  • Perform routine maintenance and other duties as assigned
? What You’ll Bring:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical/vocational training a plus)
  • 5–10 years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to read technical drawings and follow written instructions
  • General computer skills and strong communication abilities
  • Team-oriented with a professional and cooperative approach
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs
  • Must be able to stand, bend, squat, kneel, and move throughout the shop
  • Visual acuity (corrected) for detailed inspections
