Pay Rate: $28–$34/hr | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

- Set up and operate CNC machinery with minimal supervision
- Read and interpret technical drawings, sketches, and work instructions
- Inspect precision components for accuracy and quality
- Perform repetitive production machining with close attention to detail
- Maintain production records and transfer CNC programs as needed
- Provide technical support to team members
- Perform routine maintenance and other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical/vocational training a plus)
- 5–10 years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow written instructions
- General computer skills and strong communication abilities
- Team-oriented with a professional and cooperative approach
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand, bend, squat, kneel, and move throughout the shop
- Visual acuity (corrected) for detailed inspections
