What You'll Do:
  • Expert Setup: Master CNC Mill setups, showcasing your knowledge of Okuma CNC and Kia CNC equipment.
  • Precision Execution: Interpret engineering drawings, utilizing precision measuring tools for flawless results.
  • Tooling Optimization: Leverage your tooling and fixturing expertise to enhance machining processes.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure top-tier product quality through rigorous quality control and inspection.

Your Skills:
  • 3+ years CNC Mill setup experience.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Blueprint reading and precision tool proficiency.
  • Tooling, fixturing, feeds and speeds knowledge.
  • Material familiarity (aluminum, brass, stainless steel, etc.).
  • Lean Enterprise tool understanding.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Compensation:
  • $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, 2nd Shift.
