CNC Program Machinist
Job Description
- Create all machining and inspection programs for R&D and production dimpled hobs for CNC equipment including wire and sinker EDM.
- Create and enhance existing CNC programs for production parts, as well as ball mold cavities for CNC equipment such as milling machines and lathes.
- Optimize CNC programs, machining processes, and fixtures to support precision manufacturing of parts with extremely tight tolerances.
- Troubleshoot broken or malfunctioning machines and equipment.
- Set up and operate CNC machines including CNC lathes, Twin Spindle lathes, and wire EDM. Select appropriate tooling and fixtures to support precision manufacturing.
- Train machine operations to new associates. Support training development of associates on the operation of CNC equipment as required. Maintain operation of equipment and perform PMs as required.
- Electrician License
- MA 2nd Class Fireman License
- Demonstrated mechanical skills techniques
- Knowledge of HVAC
- Class A or B CDL
- MA Journeyman Electrician License
- Knowledge of hydraulic and/or electrical schematics
- Knowledge of plumbing and piping
- Universal Refrigeration License
