Duties: 
  • Set up and operate CNC screw machines to perform machining operations according to specifications - Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T symbols
  • Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure accuracy of parts
  • Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining –
  • Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment - Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Screw Machinist
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is desirable
  • Ability to operate power tools and other equipment related to machining operation
  • Experience with STAR, Tsugami and Citizen Machines
  • Able to run multiple machines at once
