Job Description

Job Title: Cabinet Assembler
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM + Mandatory OT (some Saturdays 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM)

Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Assembler to build and assemble cabinets using hand and power tools while ensuring quality and precision.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble cabinets and casework using pre-cut materials
  • Operate hand and power tools (drills, nail guns, etc.)
  • Install hardware (hinges, handles, drawer slides)
  • Inspect products for quality and accuracy
  • Perform light finishing (sanding, edge banding)
  • Move materials and maintain organized workspace
  • Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements
Qualifications
  • Experience in cabinetry, woodworking, or similar assembly preferred
  • Ability to read technical drawings and instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
  • Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
  • Reliable and team-oriented
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks
