Call Center Representative / Client Support Specialist
We are seeking a Call Center Representative / Client Support Specialist to support commercial clients with Cash Management, ACH, and Commercial Card products. This role provides service through phone, chat, and email while resolving technical and procedural issues.
Responsibilities
Assist commercial customers with product inquiries and support.
Diagnose, prioritize, and resolve or escalate technical and system issues.
Serve as a product expert and provide client training as needed.
Partner with operations to resolve problems and prevent recurring issues.
Consistently meet service, quality, and accuracy goals.
Qualifications
Experience as a Call Center Representative or Client Support Specialist preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle technical troubleshooting and multitask.
Banking or commercial product support experience is a plus.
