Call Center Representative

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- (Inbound calls) Respond to customer inquiries, process orders and route calls to appropriate departments
- (Outbound calls) Contact businesses or individuals describing products or services and obtain customer information & leads
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED required, ability read & write English required
- Passing results on a background check & drug screen required
- 6 months+ experience in call center or similar environment required, experience using Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel & Word required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong adaptability & flexibility and attention to detail
