Job Requirements
Experience/Knowledge: Scheduling and rescheduling patient appointments.
Experience/Knowledge: Providing phone support to internal and external customers.
Experience/Knowledge: Coordinating new patient management, to include maintaining records, distributing materials to the appropriate parties and conducting initial screenings.
Experience/Knowledge: Managing and responding to patient requests through incoming phone calls, patient portal or written requests.
Experience/Knowledge: Checking patients in/out, collecting co-pays and outstanding balances.
Experience/Knowledge: Processing documents to insurance, documentation into patient files.
Experience/Knowledge: Working within a team, supporting daily huddles, team meetings to improve overall operations resulting in successful outcomes.
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent. 3+ years of experience working in an administrative and/or customer service centered environment. Medical administrative experience preferred and will be given priority consideration.
