Clean Room Associates
1st SHIFT & 2nd SHIFT OPENINGS!
1st Shift: 7:00am - 330pm   $15.00/hour
2nd Shift: 3:30pm - 12:00am    $15.50/hour

Position Summary
We are seeking detail-oriented Clean Room Associates to support manufacturing and assembly operations. This role is integral to maintaining product quality and operational excellence within a controlled clean room environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, adherence to process standards, and the ability to thrive in a structured, team-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform clean room assembly tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain strict cleanliness and organization within the clean room environment
  • Follow established manufacturing and assembly procedures in compliance with company standards
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets
  • Ensure all quality and safety standards are consistently upheld
Required Qualifications
  • Prior experience in manufacturing and/or assembly operations
  • Proficiency in clean room assembly techniques
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Because this is a clean room environment, there is no makeup, nail extensions, false eyelashes, etc. allowed in the work area.  
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with clean room protocols, procedures, and regulatory standards
  • Ability to work effectively in a structured, process-driven environment
Work Environment
  • Controlled clean room setting requiring adherence to strict cleanliness and safety standards
  • Availability to work across three shifts
  • Shift differentials offered for 2nd and 3rd shifts
  • Team-oriented atmosphere focused on precision, quality, and continuous improvement
