Job Description

HW Staffing Solutions is seeking a 2nd shift Clean Room Operator for a manufacturing company located in Asheville, NC

 

Pay Rate: $18-$20

 

Monday - Friday

Hours: 4:00pm-12:30am

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Operate manufacturing equipment and perform production tasks according to standard operating procedures.
  • Work in a clean room and follow proper gowning procedures.
  • Strictly adhere to safety guidelines and ensure a safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to determine and implement process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of production activities and perform data analysis as required.
  • Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and perform routine maintenance tasks.

 

Requirements:

 

  • High school diploma or an equivalent qualification, with relevant work experience also considered.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols.
  • Availability to work standing for extended periods.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
