What You'll Do:
  • Be the Building Expert: Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
  • Maintain a Safe and Functional Space: Ensure the upkeep of building exteriors and interiors, contributing to a comfortable and efficient work environment.
  • Master of Many Trades: Utilize your experience in various building trades to handle diverse maintenance tasks.
  • Respond to Emergencies: Participate in a rotational on-call schedule to address after-hours emergencies promptly.
  • Utilize Technology: Leverage your familiarity with smartphones and computers to manage work orders and communication.

You Bring:
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in commercial maintenance.
  • General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, and carpentry.
  • Basic technology proficiency (smartphones and computers).
  • Availability for rotational on-call duties.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to speak and understand basic English.
  • Ability to read and understand reports.
  • Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
Bonus Points:
  • Vocational or technical training.
  • CAMT certification.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
