What's in it for you:
  • Progressive Pay Structure:
    • $20.00 per hour during your initial two weeks of training (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM).
    • $22.00 per hour after training, transitioning to the main shift.
  • Unique Alternating Schedule: Enjoy a fantastic 4 days on/3 days off one week, followed by 3 days on/4 days off the next (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM shift). This provides consistent longer breaks!
  • Impactful Role: Directly contribute to maintaining optimal performance of our extrusion lines and ensuring product quality.
  • Growth Opportunities: Assist in training new operators and product inspectors, showcasing your leadership potential.
  • Collaborative Environment: Work closely with supervisors and teammates, fostering a supportive atmosphere.
How You'll Make an Impact (Responsibilities):
As a Compounding Operator, you'll be instrumental in the safe and efficient operation of our extrusion lines, upholding the highest standards of quality and productivity. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Oversee, maintain, and ensure the optimal performance of our extrusion lines.
  • Keep equipment and work areas meticulously clean and organized.
  • Expertly set up, clean, and maintain essential tools (dies, calibrators, tanks, templates, etc.).
  • Proactively identify and troubleshoot extrusion-related issues to minimize downtime.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications):
  • Knowledge level equivalent to a Tier 2 Product Inspector or higher.
  • On-site QA certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Experience working in a manufacturing/distribution organization is preferred.
  • Professional and personable, with the ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and eager to learn new processes and skills.
  • Able to communicate professionally and effectively.
