The Integration Specialist position is vital to the overall success of the Client and its customers. You will be part of our hands-on team configuring servers, switches, appliances, network components, on-site installations in the Integration Lab and at client locations.

• Perform customer system builds.
• Custom configure out of the box servers.
• Installation of additional hardware and update firmware
• RAID/BIOS/UEFI/OOB/OS configurations
• Rack. cable and label servers and other related components in the Integration Lab and at client locations
• Respond to, triage, and resolve tech support requests.
• Perform OS installations with documentation.
• Test and verify hardware and support peripherals to ensure that they meet specifications and requirements by collecting and recording data.
• Participate in the on-call rotation schedule; be available for after hours and weekends.
• Respond to non-urgent support calls within 4 hours and urgent support calls within 15 minutes.
• Ability to travel with overnight stay.
• Update knowledge and skills to keep up with rapid advancements in computer technology.
• Maintain positive attitude when in the presence of customers and co-workers.
• Work independently

Education and/or Certifications:

Ideally, a candidate should also have a bachelor's degree or further certification in a computer science-related field. IT certifications such as CompTIA A is preferred.
