Job Description

Duties

 

  1. Troubleshoot hardware and software problems on laptops, desktops, and digital devices.
  2. Disassemble and reassemble devices.
  3. Repair devices by swapping whole modules and parts.
  4. Run ultrasonic cleaning bath and drying oven.
  5. Perform initial check in and verification of devices.
  6. Test devices for functionality.
  7. Enter information about devices worked on in order tracking system.
  8. Maintain and organized workbench and work area.
