Job Requirements
Experience/Knowledge: Managing difficult conversations with both patients and internal customers in a positive and professional manner.
Experience/Knowledge: Collecting copays and outstanding balances over the phone, working with Patient Accounts to resolve all patient requests - including medical records requests, as necessary.
Experience/Knowledge: Working with a variety of customers ranging from patients, internal customers: medical staff and other departments. Collaborating with peers.
Experience/Knowledge: Maintaining accurate information through documentation in all systems and databases, to include resolution and next steps.
Experience/Knowledge: Windows Based Computer skills: data entry and word processing ability.
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent. Administrative and/or customer service-oriented environment required.
