Job Description
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

- Process and enter incoming customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Respond to customer phone calls and emails regarding order status and related inquiries
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer questions, concerns, and issues
- Prepare customs documentation for international shipments
- Track in-house customer orders and prepare inventory reports as required
- Support daily operations within a busy customer service environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned

- Education: High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of related experience

- Office-based work with regular use of phone and computer systems
