Contract Review Associate
Location: Lawrence
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Position Summary
The Contract Review Associate is responsible for reviewing customer purchase orders and related documentation while supporting customer communication in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role works closely with internal departments to ensure accurate order processing, timely updates, and high-quality customer service.

Primary Responsibilities
Process and enter incoming customer orders accurately and efficiently
Respond to customer phone calls and emails regarding order status and related inquiries
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer questions, concerns, and issues
Prepare customs documentation for international shipments
Track in-house customer orders and prepare inventory reports as required
Support daily operations within a busy customer service environment
Perform additional duties as assigned

Education: High School Diploma or GED (required)
Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of related experience

Frequent communication with customers and internal teams
Office-based work with regular use of phone and computer systems
