Job Title: Controller –(Direct Hire)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, collections, and General Ledger (G/L) reporting.
  • Lead the preparation and presentation of financial statements and reporting in compliance with GAAP.
  • Partner with the CFO to develop and execute strategic financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Conduct cash flow analysis and provide actionable insights to optimize financial performance.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
  • Implement and improve internal controls to ensure compliance and efficiency across accounting functions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of accounting/finance experience, with a solid understanding of GAAP.
  • Proven experience in managing accounting operations (A/P, A/R, G/L) and financial reporting.
  • Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to partner with leadership on financial initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage a team and collaborate cross-functionally.
