Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales Support


We’re hiring an experienced Customer Service Representative to support customers and the sales team with order processing, quotes, product information, and account management. This is a great opportunity for someone with B2B customer service or inside sales experience who enjoys building customer relationships and solving problems.

What You’ll Do
  • Enter, process, and track customer orders
  • Provide quotes, product information, and order updates
  • Communicate with customers to understand current and future needs
  • Resolve order issues and help ensure on-time delivery
  • Support Inside and Outside Sales teams with customer accounts and opportunities
  • Follow up with leads, past customers, and inactive accounts
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products
  • Maintain accurate customer and account information
  • Assist with RFQs and prepare information for order fulfillment
  • Provide professional phone and email support
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of customer service, inside sales, or account support experience
  • Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Strong order entry and customer follow-up skills
  • Excellent phone, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • ERP/order management system experience preferred
  • IQMS experience is a plus
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a sales team
