- Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to assist customers with questions, orders, and concerns.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve customer complaints or billing issues promptly and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Provide accurate information on products and services; stay up to date on new offerings.
- Sales & Lead Generation: Identify customer needs and actively upsell or cross-sell products and services to meet individual or team sales goals.
- Order & Account Management: Process orders, payments, returns, and account updates efficiently.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive, long-term customer relationships through open communication and dependable service.
- Record Keeping: Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately within the company’s CRM system.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Proven sales aptitude and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to quickly learn and retain product knowledge
- Proficiency with computers and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus
- Bilingual skills desirable
