Job Description

We are seeking a Temporary Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for processing customer orders, revisions, and returns in accordance with departmental procedures. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional telephone etiquette, strong organizational skills, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional telephone etiquette to assist customers with inquiries, orders, and concerns.
  2. Actively track and monitor orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  3. Manage inventory releases and coordinate with the warehouse team to fulfill orders.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed customer service expectations.
  5. Provide timely feedback to customers regarding order status, product information, and any other inquiries.
  6. Demonstrate the ability to learn and understand the products to better assist customers with their needs.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Experience working with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platforms.
  3. College degree preferred, but not required.
  4. Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  5. Ability to provide a high level of customer service while maintaining professionalism.
  6. Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and customer interactions.
  7. Strong organizational skills to effectively manage various customer needs and inquiries.
  8. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Must possess problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  10. Must be team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
