Customer Service Representative
Job Description
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Enter customer orders accurately into the system
- Provide excellent customer support and respond to inquiries
- Perform general clerical and administrative duties
- Maintain organized records and assist with office operations as needed
- Previous customer service or office experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Starting pay: $20.00 per hour
- Opportunity for wage increases based on product knowledge, performance, and system proficiency
- Monday through Friday
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Includes a 1-hour lunch break
