Customer Service Representative
- Multitasker & Swift Processor: You must demonstrate a proven ability to multi-task, specifically handling heavy incoming calls/emails while simultaneously entering and managing complex orders using custom software.
- Customer-Focused Problem Solver: You need experience providing quality customer service, with the ability to resolve logistics issues (short shipments, defective products, freight) and manage customer changes (RAs, credits) with superior phone and email etiquette.
- Detail-Oriented & Reliable: They require someone with an excellent attendance record and a strong commitment to accuracy in data entry and follow-up to meet daily shipping and order deadlines.
- Technically Proficient: You must be immediately comfortable using Outlook, Word, Excel, and able to learn custom order-entry software quickly to interact efficiently with shipping and manufacturing teams.
- Experience in the furniture industry is preferred but not required
